# Writing Philosophy with Hypertext
These notes investigates how philosophy is affected by the means and methods through which it is written. In particular, I focus on a new way of writing philosophy made possible by the development of digital notetaking software, which I call modular interlinked writing. I consider the philosophical implications of employing modular interlinked notes in the writing of philosophy and their relation to philosophical cognition more broadly.
This text is somewhat special in that it demonstrates the topic of my research. I have used a popular notetaking software to write and publish the series of modular interlinked notes below as a sort of philosophical wiki. While it may be read linearly like a regular text, the reader should feel free to bounce around based on whatever interests them most.
To navigate, simply click on a linked note title below and it will open in a new pane within the same browser tab. Notes can be opened in new tabs by ctrl+clicking them or with the middle mouse button.
